- 1Â 1/2 c. quick-cooking oats
- 1/2 c. reduced-calorie stick margarine
- 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/3 c. light brown sugar, packed to measure
- 4 pkt (or possibly 1-1/4 teaspoon bulk) Sweet 'N Low(r)
- 1/2 tsp baking pwdr
- 1Â 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/3 c. mini semisweet chocolate chips

- Preheat oven to 375 F.
- In medium bowl, combine the oats, flour, baking pwdr, and salt; set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix the margarine, sugar, Sweet 'N Low(r), egg whites, and vanilla with an electric beater. Stir in the dry ingredients till well blended. Add in the chocolate chips.
- Spray cookie sheets with nonstick cooking spray. Drop the dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheets. Bake 8 to 10 min, or possibly till lightly browned. Cold on a wire rack.
