Receta Oats And Cornmeal Waffle

Ingredientes
- 1 c. white flour
- 1/2 c. oat bran
- 1/2 c. cornmeal
- 2 T sugar
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 large eggs, separated
- 1 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1 3/4 c. buttermilk
Direcciones
- Put together dry ingredients. Beat egg yolks slightly and add in buttermilk and butter. Stir in dry ingredients till moistened. Beat egg whites till stiff and fold into batter. Use 1/2 cup for each waffle.
