Receta Old Fashioned Soft Pumpkin Cookies

Ingredientes
- 2 1/2 c. All-purpose flour
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 tsp Grnd cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Grnd nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 1/2 c. Granulated sugar
- 1/2 c. Butter * softened
- 1 c. Libby's solid pack pumpkin
- 1 x Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- Glaze (recipe follows)
- 2 c. Sifted powdered sugar
- 3 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
- 1 Tbsp. Butter melted
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
Direcciones
- Combine flour, baking soda, bakingpowder, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt in medium bowl. Beat sugar and butter in large mixer bowl till well blended.
- Beat in pumpkin, egg and vanilla till smooth. Gradually beat in flour mix. Drop by rounded Tbsp. onto greased baking sheets. Bake in preheated 3500F oven for 15 to 18 min or possibly till edges are hard. Cold on baking sheets for 2 min; remove to wire racks to cold completely.
- Drizzle glaze over cookies.
- For Glaze: Combine powdered sugar, lowfat milk, melted butter and vanilla extract in small bowl till smooth.
- Makes 3 dozen cookies
