Receta Olive Oil Salad Dressing

Ingredientes
- 90 ml White wine vinegar, (3fl ounce)
- 175 ml Greek extra virgin olive oil, (6fl ounce)
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh oregano, finely minced
- Â Â Salt and freshly grnd black pepper
Direcciones
- Place the vinegar in a liquidiser and with the motor running gradually add in the extra virgin olive oil.
- Add in the oregano, salt and pepper and blend till the dressing takes on a creamy appearance. Serve immediately or possibly blend again just before serving.
- NOTES : A simply delicious dressing for salads.
