Receta Open Face Tuna Sandwich

Ingredientes
- Â Â Tuna Salad
- Â Â Sourdough Bread
- 2 x Cannned Ortega chilies
- 2 x Thin slices tomato
- 1 slc Cheddar cheese -- or possibly other
- Â Â Cheese
Direcciones
- 1. Make your tuna salad how you like it. I just flake the tuna, add in some mined onions, celery minced fine and mix with a little fresh dill and Best Foods mayonaise.
- 2. Slice some good sour dough french bread, toast in the toaster, butter one side and glob some tuna salad over the top.
- 3. Lay 2 canned ortega chilis over the top of this. I occasionaly use fresh chilis.
- 4. Put 2 thin slices of tomatoes over this.
- 5. Put 1 slice of your favorite cheese over the tomatoes. (I use cheddar)
- 6. Put under the broiler, till the cheese is bubbly and sprinkle with a bottled Cajun seasoning. Then enjoy!
