Receta Oven Fried Chicken

Ingredientes
- 2 x Large eggs, slightly beaten (or possibly egg substitute)
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk (can use low fat)
- 4Â 1/2 c. cornflakes, lightly crushed
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 6 x chicken breast halves
- 6 tsp butter, melted
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together Large eggs and lowfat milk in a shallow dish.
- Mix cornflake crumbs, salt and pepper in a separate dish.
- Dip chicken first in the egg mix, then dredge in crumbs to coat proportionately.
- Arrange chicken in a greased 13 x 9 x 2" baking dish. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake uncovered for 45 min.
- Serves: 6
