  • 2 x Large eggs, slightly beaten (or possibly egg substitute)
  • 1/4 c. lowfat milk (can use low fat)
  • 4 1/2 c. cornflakes, lightly crushed
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 6 x chicken breast halves
  • 6 tsp butter, melted

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together Large eggs and lowfat milk in a shallow dish.
  2. Mix cornflake crumbs, salt and pepper in a separate dish.
  3. Dip chicken first in the egg mix, then dredge in crumbs to coat proportionately.
  4. Arrange chicken in a greased 13 x 9 x 2" baking dish. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake uncovered for 45 min.
  5. Serves: 6
