Receta Overnight Winter Fruit Bowl

Ingredientes
- 3 x Egg yolks, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. White sugar
- 2 Tbsp. White vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Pineapple juice or possibly syrup from a can
- 1 Tbsp. Butter
- Â Â Salt to taste
- 2 c. Seeded grapes or possibly liquid removed pitted cherries
- 2 c. Pineapple chunks, liquid removed
- 2 c. Mandarin oranges, liquid removed
- 2 c. Tiny marshmallows
- 1 c. Whipping cream, whipped
Direcciones
- Combine the first six ingredients in a double boiler. Cook and stir till thick. Don't boil! Fold this cooled sauce into whipped cream, then fold into the fruit. Place in a large serving bowl and garnish the top with fruit if you like. Place in refrigerator for 24 hrs. Serve cool.
