  • 10 c. all-purpose flour
  • 2 1/2 c. instant nonfat dry lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. baking pwdr
  • 2 T salt
  • 1 1/2 c. pancake mix
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 c. water
  • 3 T oil

Direcciones

  1. Put together all ingredients in a large bowl. Stir together to blend. Put in a large airtight container such as tupperware. Store in a cook, dry place. Use within 6-8 months. Makes about 13 cups of mix.
  2. Put pancake fold in a medium bowl, add in egg, water and oil; mix well. For thinner pancakes add in little more water. For thicker ones, add in little more mix.
