Receta Peanut Butter/Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredientes
- 2 1/2 c. all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. peanut butter
- 1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (12 ounce.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 c. butter
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In medium bowl combine flour, baking soda, baking pwdr and salt. In mixer bowl cream butter, peanut butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar till light and fluffy. Beat in Large eggs and vanilla. Gradually beat in dry ingredients just till combined. Mix in chocolate chips. Drop by heaping tsp. onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 min till golden brown.
