Receta Peanut Butter Dessert

Ingredientes
- 35 Oreo's, crushed
- 1/3 c. melted butter
- 1 (5.1 ounce.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 1/4 c. creamy peanut butter
- 1 (8 ounce.) container frzn whipped topping, thawed
Direcciones
- Combine cookie crumbs and butter and reserve 1/4 c. crumb mix. Press crumb mix into the bottom of a 13x9 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 5 min. Let cold on a wire rack 15 min.
- Combine pudding mix and lowfat milk; beat with a wire whisk till smooth. Add in peanut butter, beating with whisk till smooth and thickened. Mix in whipped topping. Spoon over crumb crust and sprinkle with reserved crumb mix. Cover and refrigerateat least 3 hrs.
