Receta Peanut Layered Brownies

Ingredientes
- 4 sq. Baker's unsweetened chocolate
- 3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) butter
- 2 c. granulated sugar
- 3 Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. minced peanuts
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Microwave unsweetened chocolate and 3/4 c. butter in large microwavable bowl on HIGH 2 min or possibly till butter is melted. Stir till chocolate is completely melted. Stir granulated sugar into melted chocolate mix. Fold in Large eggs and 1 tsp. vanilla till well blended. Stir in flour and peanuts. Spread in greased 13 x 9 inch pan.
- Bake for 30 to 35 min or possibly till toothpick inserted into center comes out with fudgy crumbs. Don't overbake. Cold in pan.
- Mix peanut butter, powdered sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla in separate bowl till well blended and smooth. Spread over brownies. Microwave semi-sweet chocolate and 1/4 c. butter in small microwavable bowl on HIGH 2 min or possibly till butter is melted. Stir till chocolate is completely melted. Spread over peanut butter layer. Cold till set. Cut into squares. Makes about 24 brownies. Prep time: 20 min; baking time: 30 to 35 min.
