Receta Penne With Spinach And Ham

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Penne pasta
- 3 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp Garlic-flavored oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Crushed red pepper
- 1 pkt (10 ounce.) fresh spinach, coarsely minced
- 1 lb Smoked ham, cut into 1x1/4-inch-thick strips
- 1Â 1/2 c. Shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Direcciones
- 1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
- 2. Meanwhile, combine oils, salt and red pepper in large bowl.
- 3. Drain pasta in colander, reserving 1/2 c. pasta water. Add in warm pasta with reserved pasta water to bowl, tossing with oil mix, spinach, ham and cheese till spinach wilts and cheese melts.
- Makes 6 servings.
