Ingredientes
- 1 x Env. Meat Marinade *
- 1 lb Round Steak **
- 1 x Med. Onion, Minced
- 2 Tbsp. Butter Or possibly Margarine
- 1 tsp Bottled Brown Boquet Sauce
- 8 ounce (1 can) Stewed Tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp Dry Thyme Leaves
- 2 Tbsp. Unbleached Flour
- 1/4 c. Red Wine Or possibly Water
- 1 x Med Green Pepper ***
- 8 ounce (1 Can) Mushrooms ****
- 3 c. Warm Cooked Rice

- * Envelope of Meat Marinade From Store should weigh about .8 ozs.**
- Steak should be cut into strips, about 1/8-inch thick and about*** Green Pepper should be seeded and cut into strips.**** Mushrooms should be stems and pcs, and should be liquid removed.
- Prepare marinade as diredcted on envelope. Marinate beef as directed on envelope; drain well. Cover and microwave onion and margarine in 2-quart casserole on high (100%) 1 minute. Stir in bouquet sauce, tomatoes, and thyme. Fold in beef. Cover and microwave 8 min; stir. Microwave on medium (50%) 10 min. Shake flour and wine in tightly covered container.
- Stir into meat Mix. Add in pepper strips and mushrooms; mix into sauce.
- Cover and microwave till meat is tender, 6 to 8 min. Serve over warm Rice.
