Receta Peppermint Filled Brownies

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. sugar, granulated
- 4 Large eggs
- 1 c. flour
- 1 (16 ounce.) can Hershey's chocolate syrup
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 2 tbsp. lowfat milk
- 2 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- Green food coloring
- 12 ounce. chocolate chips
Direcciones
- Blend together 1/2 c. butter, 1 c. granulated sugar and 4 Large eggs. Beat till creamy. Add in to this 1 can of Hershey's chocolate, 1 c. flour and 1 tsp. baking pwdr.
- Pour into 10'x15" jelly roll pan and bake 25 min at 350 degrees. Cold totally.
- FILLING: Blend together till smooth 1/2 c. butter, 2 Tbsp. lowfat milk, 2 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar and 1 tsp. peppermint extract. Add in green food coloring to desired shade of green. Spread over brownies. Cold in refrigerator till stiff.
- FROSTING: Heat together on low heat 1/2 c. butter and 12 oz package of chocolate chips. Stir to blend completely. Remove from heat and cold 10 min. Pour over filling. Does not have to be refrigerated.
