Ingredientes
- 1 c. plain cornmeal
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon soda
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp. oil
- 1 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 2/3 c. buttermilk
Direcciones
- Sift together cornmeal, salt, soda, baking pwdr, and sugar. Beat egg, oil, mayonnaise and buttermilk with whisk till smooth. Quickly mix dry ingredients into moist ingredients till smooth. Fill greased pans 2/3 full and bake 20 min at 450 degrees. Serve immediately.
