Receta Persimmon Cookies

Ingredientes
- 1 c. persimmon pulp
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 c. walnuts
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg (optional)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
- I use 2 tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
Direcciones
- Sprinkle baking soda over pulp. Beat pulp, baking soda, sugar and shortening till fluffy. Add in egg, flour and spices. Then add in nuts and raisins. Drop by spoonfuls on baking sheet. Bake 17 min at 375 degrees.
