Receta Persimmon Cookies Bars

Ingredientes
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 egg
- 1 c. fruit pulp
- 2 c. flour (all-purpose)
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr (scant)
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon cloves
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Nuts, minced
- Raisins
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients together. Batter can be dropped by Tbsp. or possibly poured into a 9 x 13 inch pan, plus 8 x 8 inch pan. Bake 20 to 25 min in a 375 degree oven. Watch 'em! Spread with thin powdered sugar frosting while hot. Then cut.
