  • 1 x (18.5 oz) package yellow cake mix
  • 1 x (11 oz) can mandarin oranges, juice reserved
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 x (16 oz) package Cold Whip (or possibly similar) topping, thawed
  • 1 x (15 oz) can crushed pineapple, liquid removed
  • 1 x (3.5 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix

Direcciones

  1. Combine the cake mix, Large eggs, and oil, mix in the canned oranges with juice.
  2. Pour batter into three greased and floured 8 inch round pans. Layers will be thin. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 min, or possibly till cake tests done. Cold layers on wire racks. Mix together Cold Whip, liquid removed pineapple, and instant pudding mix. Fill and frost the cooled cake. Chill till ready to eat. It is recommended which you leave it in the refrigerator for a day or possibly two before serving, to let the flavors set.
