Receta Pizza Sauce For Chicago Style Pizza

Ingredientes
- 1 can Tomato sauce, (28 ounce.)
- 1 x 16 oz can of sauce with
- 1 can (6 0z) tomato paste
- 6 ounce Water, (or possibly less for thicker sauce)
- 1/2 tsp Salt, (optional)
- 1/2 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tsp Fennel seed
- 2 tsp Onion pwdr
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
Direcciones
- Mix all the ingredients and allow to set for at least 30 min before use. The Fennel Seed is a key to the flavor!! Fresh herbs in season replace the italian seasoning. Finely chopped fresh onion can replace the onion pwdr. Ken's favorite - omit the salt and add in a few minced anchovie fillets or possibly 2 tsp. of anchove paste.
