- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 pkg. active dry yeast
- 3 1/2 - 4 c. all purpose flour
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 egg
- Poppy seed filling
- 1 egg yolk, beaten
Direcciones
- POPPY SEED FILLING: In medium bowl, put together 1 (12 ounce) can poppy seed filling, 1/2 cup finely minced walnuts, 1 tbsp grated lemon peel and 1 tsp grnd cinnamon; set aside.In small bowl with mixer at high speed, beat 1 egg white till soft peaks form; fold into poppy seed mix.
