  1. Brown chicken in butter to nice color - add in onions and mushrooms when halfway done. Use large fry pan. Add in water, salt, pepper. Cook for 35 min on low - let simmer covered. Remove chicken to heated bowl. Add in rest of ingredients. Stir with wire whisk on high for 1 minute till thick. Serve over rice. Can be doubled easily. (If too thick, add in a little water).
