Ingredientes
- 1 pound grnd beef (optional turkey or possibly pork can also be used)
- 1 lg. onion, minced
- 1 teaspoon crushed dry oregano
- 1/2 to 1 c. sliced mushrooms; optional
- 1/2 c. tomato pcs, canned; optional
- Black olives; optional
- 1 (6 ounce.) can tomato paste
- 1 c. minced green pepper; optional
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon veg. oil
Direcciones
- Cook meat and onion till meat is brown; drain. Add in tomato paste, oregano, 3/4 c. water, 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper if you like. Add in optional ingredients. Transfer to 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Top with Mozzarella cheese. Beat together Large eggs, lowfat milk, flour, and oil till smooth. Pour over meat mix proportionately and spread carefully with spatula to middle and edges.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min or possibly till golden brown. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if you like. Cut into wedges.
