Receta Poppy Seed Lemon Bread (Bread Machine)

Ingredientes
- 3 c. Bread flour
- 1Â 1/2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1Â 1/2 Tbsp. Dry lowfat milk
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1Â 1/4 c. Water
- 1Â 1/2 Tbsp. Butter
- 3 Tbsp. Poppy seeds
- 1Â 1/2 Tbsp. Lemon peel
- 2 tsp Dry yeast, up to 3
- 2 x Large eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/4 c. Lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
- 3/4 c. Sugar
- 1 tsp Grated fresh lemon peel
- 1 dsh Salt
- 1 pkt (3-ounce) cream cheese
Direcciones
- NOTE use 2 tsp of dry yeast if you are using the quick rising type, 3 tsp if you are using the active dry type.

- Cheesy Lemon:In heavy pan mix Large eggs, juice, butter, sugar and salt. Bring to a boil while stirring over low heat, then cook 3 min more. Beat cream cheese and lemon peel. When egg mix is cold, blend into cheese till smooth and store in refrigerator. Serve with poppy Seed Lemon Bread.
