  • 3 x Pork cutlets, (2 ounce. ea)
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1 tsp Fine minced onions
  • 1/4 c. Diced or possibly sliced apples
  • 1 ounce Jack Daniels
  • 2 ounce Butter
  • 1 pch Chef salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Sugar

Direcciones

  1. Cut pork cutlets from boneless pork loin. Heat butter in 10" skillet.
  2. Dredge pork cutlets and saute/fry about 2 to 3 min on each side. Remove pork from skillet. Add in minced onion apples and sugar to pan and saute/fry.
  3. Flame with Jack Daniels bourbon and quickly shake in butter. Serve over pork cutlets
