- 1/2 c. instant potato flakes
- 3 Tbsp. non fat dry lowfat milk
- 2 tsp xanthan gum
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 3/4 c. ricotta cheese
- 2 Tbsp. margarine melted
- 2 x Large eggs room temperature,

- 7/8 c. hot water
