Receta Potato Cheese Casserole

Ingredientes
- 4 med. baking potatoes
- 2 (10 3/4 ounce.) cans condensed Cream of Mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 2 med. onions, minced
- 2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Paprika
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Boil potatoes till tender, cold and peel. Slice potatoes. Combine soup and lowfat milk. Put half of potatoes in casserole dish. Salt & pepper to taste. Pour in half on onion. Pour in half of soup mix. Sprinkle with half of the cheese. Repeat till all mixtures have been used. Sprinkle paprika on top. Bake 45 to 50 min till bubbly or possibly light brown. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
