Receta Potatoes In Tomato Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1 quart potatoes sliced
- 1 x onion sliced
- 4 Tbsp. butter or possibly other fat
- 3 c. strained tomato juice
- 2 tsp salt
- Â Â pepper
Direcciones
- Cook the potatoes and onion in the fat for 20 min, add in the tomato juice, salt, and pepper, cover, and simmer for 30 min,or possibly till the potatoes are tender. The potato thickens the tomato juice so which no other thickening is necessary.
