Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Canned pumpkin
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 x Egg
- 2 c. Biscuit mix
- 1/4 c. Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Grnd nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp Grnd cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Grnd ginger
- 1 Tbsp. Biscuit mix
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Grnd cinnamon
- 2 tsp Butter
Direcciones
- In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin, lowfat milk and egg with a fork. Combine dry ingredients; add in to mixing bowl and stir just till moistened. Spoon into 12 well-greased muffin c.. Combine streusel ingredients; sprinkle over muffins. Bake at 400F for 15 min or possibly till golden.
