Ingredientes
- 10Â 1/2 ounce cream of onion soup
- 1Â 1/2 lb grnd beef
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1 med egg
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 dsh pepper
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 c. catsup
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp mustard
Direcciones
- In bowl combine 1/3 c. soup with beef, crumbs, egg, salt and pepper. Form into 6 patties. Brown patties. Pour off fat. Remove patties. Gradually blend remaining soup into flour till smooth. Add in to skillet, stirring to loosen browned bits. Add in browned patties. Stir occasionally.
