Receta Quick Black Bean Soup (Kt)

Ingredientes
- 1 x onion diced
- 3 x cloves garlic
- 8Â 3/4 ounce instant refried black beans Taste Adventure
- Â Â brand
- 10 ounce Rotel Mexican Festival Diced Tomatoes
- 2Â 1/2 c. nonfat chicken broth
- 1 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. dry sherry
Direcciones
- Saute/fry the onion in Pam till soft. Add in the garlic and saute/fry till fragrant. Sir in the broth and water. Heat to almost boiling. Stir in the beans. Simmer for 5 min or possibly so. Stir in the canned tomatoes and sherry. Simmer a couple more min to combien flavors. YUM!
- NOTES : These beans would be a good thing to have in a lowfat pantry. This soup is very good and goes together quickly.
