Receta Randy Pollak's Persimmon Bread

Ingredientes
- 2 c. Flour
- 2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 c. Persimmon pulp
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1/4 c. Softened butter or possibly oleo
- 1 c. Minced nuts
Direcciones
- Sift the first 6 ingredients together. Mix the persimmon, sugar, Large eggs and lowfat milk. Add in the dry ingredients and butter. Mix till well blended. Stir in the nuts. Spread into a well-greased loaf pan, 9 x 5 x 3 inch. Bake at 350F for 45 min or possibly till done. This bread freezes well.
