Receta Ricky Blake's Creamy Fudge

Ingredientes
- 1 pkt Hershey's Semi-Sweet Chocolate blocks, (8 ounce.)
- 1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1/2 c. minced nuts, optional
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 2/3 c. sugar
- 2/3 c. evaporated lowfat milk
- 1/4 tsp salt
Direcciones
- Break chocolate blocks into small pcs; place in a mixing bowl. Add in marshmallows, nuts, butter, and vanilla; set aside. Combine sugar, evaporated lowfat milk, and salt in a 2-qt saucepan. Stir constantly over medium heat till mix comes to a full rolling boil. Boil and stir for 4 min. Carefully pour warm mix over the ingredients in the mixing bowl. Stir till marshmallows and the chocolate are completely melted.
- Pour into buttered 8-inch square pan. Cold completely. Cut into squares.
- Makes about 3 dozen pcs.
