- 1 Tbsp. Salt
- 1 x Quick rising yeast
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
- 2 Tbsp. Shortening
- 2 x Beaten Large eggs
- 1 c. Flour
Direcciones
- Heat the c. of lowfat milk and shortening till melted, add in to first mix along with the Large eggs and other c. of flour.Knead on board till not sticky Put in greased bowl and let rise till double. Punch down and make into buns,let rise again till double then bake 25-30 minutes. in 375 oven.
