Receta Russian Ravioli

Ingredientes
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 4 c. shredded cabbage firmly packed
- 1/2 sm onion thinly sliced
- 1 c. cooked brown rice
- Â Â or possibly barley
- 2 ounce crumbled feta cheese
- 1/3 c. fresh dill weed chopped
- 24 x wonton skin(s)
- 1 x egg white
- 1 c. plain nonfat yogurt
Direcciones
- Hearty and filling yet lowfat.
- 1. Heat oil n heavy large skillet over medium heat. Add in cabbage and onion and saute/fry till tinged with brown, about 12 min. Transfer cabbage mix to medium bowl. Fold in rice, feta cheese and 3 Tbsp. dill.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- 2. Lay 1 wonton wrapper on work surface. Brush entire surface of wrapper with egg white. Press 1 generous Tbsp. filling in center of wrapper.
- Fold over dough, pressing opposite corners together to create triangle. Seal edges, pressing out air around filling. Repeat process with remaining wonton wrappers, egg white and filling.
- 3. Boil ravioli in large pot of boiling salted water till dough is tender, about 8 min. Drain. Transfer ravioli to large bowl. Toss with 1/2 c. yogurt. Garnish with remaining dill and serve, passing remaining yogurt separately.
