Receta Savory Pumpkin Nut Bake

Ingredientes
- 12 lrg Large eggs beaten
- 2 c. canned pumpkin
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp allspice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 8 ounce mascarpone cheese lightly whipped
- Â Â (or possibly 4 ounce softened cream cheese mixed with 1/2 c. cream)
- 1/2 c. Atkins Sugar-Free Pancake Syrup
- 1/4 c. pecans minced
Direcciones
- In a mixer on high speed, whip Large eggs five min till thick.
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, whisk pumpkin till smooth; gradually whisk in Large eggs, nutmeg, allspice, salt, mascarpone and syrup. Pour mix into a buttered 9- by 13-inch baking pan. Bake 45 min.
- Sprinkle minced pecans proportionately over top; bake 15 min more. Cold slightly before cutting.
