Receta Scalloped Potatoes Au Gratin

Ingredientes
- 3 c. potatoes, scalloped
- 1 c. water, or possibly so
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
- Garlic pwdr (optional)
- 1/2 sm. onion, minced
Direcciones
- Put potatoes, water, lowfat milk, butter, and onions in electric skillet at 375 degrees or possibly large fry pan on medium/medium high. Sprinkle garlic pwdr as desired along with salt and pepper. Cover and let cook, stirring occasionally, but do not let it boil dry. Add in more water as needed till potatoes are cooked. Then uncover and let it boil till the sauce thickens. Sprinkle cheese over top. D/C heat. Cover, let sit for 2-3 min or possibly till cheese melts. Serve. Serves 4-5.
