Receta Scampi, Shrimp, Scallops And Lobster

Ingredientes
- 2 lobsters
- 1 1/2 pound shrimp, scampi, scallops
- 2 T flour with a little water
- 1 ounce (2 T) butter
- 1 can mushrooms or possibly fresh
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 3/4 pt. lowfat milk
- 1 T vinegar
- Salt and pepper
- 4 ounce grated cheese
Direcciones
- Heat 3/4 of grated cheese and butter in skillet over a low heat. When which dissolves, put in mixed flour and lowfat milk and stir till smooth. Add in salt, pepper and vinegar only after it has boiled for a couple min. Place seafood and mushrooms into shells or possibly molds, then pour sauce over it. Place the rest of the cheese on top and bake for 1/2 hour. Use canned lowfat milk for making sauce, dilute with water the seafood has been boiled in.
