Receta Short Ribs Supreme

Ingredientes
- 3 pound short ribs
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. onion (sliced)
- 1 clove garlic (chopped)
- 1 (6 ounce.) can tomato paste
- 1 c. catsup
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. mustard
- 1/2 c. vinegar
Direcciones
- Brown ribs on all sides in their own fat. Cover and simmer 1 hour. Pour off most drippings. Mix all the rest of the ingredients and add in to meat. Cover tightly and cook 1 1/2 to 2 hrs or possibly at 350 degrees in oven for 3 hrs. Very tender!
