Receta Shrimp And Scallops Gruyere

Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. plus 2 T butter
- 3/4 c. flour
- 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- 12 ounce Swiss gruyere cheese (1 box; 8 ounce)
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon accent
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 3 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 pound raw scallops
- 1/2 pound sliced mushrooms, may use canned mushrooms and add in cream to sauce
- 1 pound cooked shrimp
- Garlic pwdr to taste
Direcciones
- Make cream sauce in double boiler with 3/4 cup butter, flour, and lowfat milk. Cut cheese in small pcs and add in to sauce. Add in garlic pwdr, seasonings, and lemon juice. Poach scallops 10 min in approximately 3/4 cup water. Add in 1/2 cup of this broth to cream sauce. Saute mushrooms in 2 tbsp butter. Add in seafood.
