Receta Shrimp Scampi

Ingredientes
- 12 ounce angel hair pasta
- 1/4 c. low sodium chicken broth
- 2 x cloves garlic pressed
- 1/4 c. minced green onions
- 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley or possibly 2 tsp dry
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh basil or possibly 2 tsp dry
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh cilantro or possibly 2 tsp dry
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
Direcciones
- 1. Prepare pasta according to package directions, but don't add in salt.
- 2. While pasta is cooking, in a large skillet, heat broth over medium heat. Add in garlic and green onions; cook, stirring occasionally, for 2 min.
- 3. Stir in shrimp, parsley, basil, cilantro, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes. Cook, stirring frequently, till shrimp are just opaque, about 5 min.
- 4. Drain pasta in a colander. Arrange pasta on serving plates. Spoon shrimp mix over pasta. Serve immediately.
