Receta Shrimps En Brochette

Ingredientes
- 1Â 1/2 lb Jumbo shrimp shelled and deveined
- 6 slc Bacon cut into squares
- Â Â Melted butter for basting
- 1/4 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
Direcciones
- Fill 6 metal skewers with alternating shrimp and bacon. Brush with melted butter. Broil for 4 to 6 min 2 to 3 inches from heat, turning the skewers once and basting occasionally with melted butter. Remove to heated serving dish and keep hot.
- In small saucepan, heat lowfat sour cream over low flame. Add in lemon juice and juice from broiled shrimps. Cook over low flame for 5 min. Season with salt and pepper. Pour over shrimps. Serve warm.
- Suggested Wine: A chilled white wine, dry or possibly sweet.
