Receta Sicilian Penne Salad

Ingredientes
- 1/3 lb penne pasta cooked al dente
- 1 sm bell pepper medium julienned
- 1 sm white onion medium julienned
- 1/3 head fresh broccoli cut florettes
- 1/4 c. pepperoni sliced, julienned
- 1/4 c. black olives sliced
- 2 Tbsp. pepperoncini peppers sliced
- 2 Tbsp. minced garlicd
- 1/3 c. balsamic vinegar
- 1/3 c. extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. Tabasco brand Garlic Pepper Sauce
- 2 tsp basil
- 2 tsp oregano
- 1/3 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
- 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Direcciones
- Assemble all salad ingredients in a large bowl, and make the dressing in a separate bowl.
- Pour the dressing over the salad, toss and chill over night.
- Serve on radichio and garnish with fresh basil.
