Receta Silverfish Fritters

Ingredientes
- 2 x Large eggs
- 2 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
- 2 Tbsp. Flour
- Â Â Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. Parsley, finely minced
- 500 gm Silverfish
Direcciones
- Beat 2 Large eggs well, then add in 2 Tbsp. lowfat milk, 2 Tbsp. flour, salt and pepper to taste and 2 Tbsp. finely minced parsley. Mix thoroughly. Add in 500 g silver fish and stir to coat well.
- Heat oil for shallow frying in a frying pan and ladle spoon- fuls of the silverfish mix into the warm oil. When golden underneath, turn and cook the other side of the fritters. Drain on crumpled kitchen paper and serve with lemon.
