- Prepare pudding mix according to package directions using 1 1/4 c. lowfat milk, stirring till thickened. Chill. Mix in whipped cream.
- Bring water and butter to boil. Add in flour and salt all at once, beating with wooden spoon till mix leaves side of pan and forms a ball, 1-2 min.
- Remove from heat. Add in Large eggs, 1 at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition till dough is smooth. Heat oven to 425 degrees. Drop dough by tsp. 1 x 1/2-inch circles, 2-inches apart on greased pan. Bake 20 min. Pierce; cold. Split and fill.
