Receta Smoked Salmon En Croute

Ingredientes
- 4 ounce farmer's cheese, Or possibly
- 4 ounce cream cheese
- 1 lb cream cheese, softened
- 2 x Large eggs, beaten
- 8 ounce smoked salmon, cut in medium-sized
- Â Â chunks
- 4 x scallions, diced, green tops
- Â Â only
- 1 Tbsp. capers
- 1/4 c. fresh parsley, finely minced
- Â Â Salt and freshly grnd black pepper, to taste
- 18 sht phyllo pastry
- Â Â butter, melted
- Â Â poppy seeds
Direcciones
- In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the first eight ingredients and set aside.
- Preheat oven to 375 F. Prepare 6 sheets of the pastry, following package directions. Place one third of the reserved salmon mix on the pastry and roll as directed on package. Repeat the procedure two more times.
- Brush the top of each roll with the melted butter and sprinkle with the poppy seeds. Make diagonal slashes across each top. Place the rolls on a jellyroll pan and bake for 15 to 20 min. Let cold slightly. Cut into slices and serve immediately.
