Receta Smoked Salmon Marinade From Backwoods Frank

Ingredientes
- 1/2 gal Warm water
- 1/2 c. Kosher salt
- 1Â 1/2 c. Brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. Garlic pwdr
- 3 Tbsp. Coarse grnd black pepper
- 1/2 c. Soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Bay leaves, crushed
Direcciones
- Stir till dissolved. Allow brine to cold. Add in salmon fillets, soak covered for 3 hrs in refrigerator. Remove fillets and air dry for at least 1 hour. Smoke in a single layer for about 2 hrs at 250 degrees or possibly till hard and golden brown.
- NOTES : Sufficient brine for two large Salmon fillets.
