Receta Smoked Salmon Scramble

Ingredientes
- 6 x Large eggs - size 3
- 4 Tbsp. Lowfat milk or possibly single cream
- Â Â Salt
- Â Â Schwartz Coarse Grnd Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Schwartz Fennel Seeds
- 1 ounce Butter, (25g)
- 4 ounce Smoked salmon - minced, (100g)
Direcciones
- Beat the Large eggs with the lowfat milk or possibly cream, salt, Pepper and Fennel Seeds. Heat the butter in a non stick frying pan and pour in the egg mix, stirring till cooked and creamy. Stir in the smoked salmon, heating through gently for a minute before serving with crusty bread.
