Receta Soft Molasses Cookie

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. softened butter
- 1/2 c. Crisco
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. molasses
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1 1/2 teaspoon grnd cloves
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 Large eggs, lightly beaten
- 4 c. flour
Direcciones
- In a large bowl, cream together butter, Crisco, and sugar till light colored and fluffy. Beat in molasses and Large eggs; set mix aside. In another large bowl, whisk together flour, salt, baking soda, ginger, cloves, and cinnamon. Gradually mix flour mix into creamed ingredients till dough is blended and smooth. Roll dough into 1 1/2 inch balls and dip tops in granulated sugar. Place 2 1/2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 min. Don't overbake. Cold and store in tightly covered container. Yield: 3 dozen cookies.
