- 1 tsp Chili pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Cumin pwdr

- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 c. Chicken broth
- 1 can (8 ounce) Tomato sauce
- 1 c. Lowfat sour cream

- PLACE CANNED BEANS IN BLENDER A SMALL AMOUNT AT A TIME Until BLENDED COMPLETELY. IN SAUCEPAN Heat BUTTER, Add in ONION, GARLIC, CILANTRO, CUMIN, CHILI Pwdr, CELERY AND SALT. COOK Until ONION IS TRANSPARENT. Add in TOMATO SAUCE, BLENDED BLACK BEANS, AND CHICKEN BROTH. SERVE Warm AND TOPPED WITH Lowfat sour cream.
