Ingredientes
- 6 x red chilies boiled
- 10 x bird's eye chilies boiled
- 1 x garlic clove fried
- 3 x candlenuts fried
- Â Â Salt to taste
- 1 pch sugar
- Â Â Lime juice
Direcciones
- Grind/lb. the red chilies, bird's eye chilies, garlic and candlenuts together till it forms a paste. Add in the salt and sugar.
- Last, add in 3 Tbsp. water and lime juice to taste. Serve
- Keeps up to 1 week or possibly longer if refrigerated.
